Nice looking, 2007 Utah State Quarter! Good historical scene for a State Quarter with Promissory Point Utah with golden spike and all the detail! Out of circulation but it looks mint state. What do you think? Regards.

Definitely has been circulated, but very lightly. I'd say high AU grade. You can see circulation wear on the high points.

a coin can still be MS out of circulation. its a nice example but the glare from your lighting could be obscuring and signs of wear on the highest devices. if you can't present new photos with no overhead or flash lighting then you can look at the highest points of the cheekbone, down the next from the ear to the bottom of the relief and straight down from the ear down to the initials. those are the areas you will see it if its there. there also appears to missing luster and some blotchy surfaces on the obv fields. it could be from handling of irregular toning.

AU58 or MS64/ without better photos i'd lean AU58
