Looks fine as far as I can tell. What makes you think it's a fake?

Why'd you bid on something without knowing if it's real or fake First?

That coin looks pretty darn good to me too. I am also curious as to why you might have suspected it to be fake.

I never thought it was fake till after I won it Probably the toning set me off...Paranoid I guess
I'm probably safe with the condition coins I'm buying! It is worn and as far as I know all the fakes are MS looking right?

Well to sum it up I am not sure how many years the"replicas" have been around and this being the first coin I'll have with this type of toning set me off wondering.
I figured the replicas will tone kinda funny after awhile.
But if you all say it's good then that's a relief!
Thanks All!

It looks IMHO like the reverse may have received a light cleaning at some point in its life, but it's an attractive coin (I'd like it! ) and I don't see anything that would make me think it a fake.

Looking at the seller Feedback (100%+) and seeing what they have sold / bought in the past few months, seller appears to be honest. Now looking at the coin, I'd say you not only have a genuine Canadian Eddy (Key date to boot) you also got it at a steal of a deal! Even in the latest 2008, I.C.C.S. Population Report places this coin in the Top 200 known.
You did well, and when your ready to sell, you know who to call.

You did very well on this coin. There are no Chinese replicas of Edward 25 cents, for some reason they missed this series.Too much wear on the leaves and reverse crown for EF grade. You got it for about a third of what it would usally sell for on ebay.Great buy, nice coin.

Yes I figure I did get a deal! The seller is super nice too and is shipping me the coin now before my paypal e-cheque clears!
Says my feedback is 100 percent so we're good.
Can't wait for it to arrive.
