Hello,
New here, and to collecting. I was just wondering if this bubble is mint damage or PMD? I'm still learning how to identify and I'm not sure if its a die chip or heat damage after the fact.

Thank you!

Did someone just touch it with a soldering iron or something?

For fun, suggest giving the coin a loooooong soak in 100% acetone. Might (just might) reduce or remove that blob. An accurate weight--to two decimal places--would be good to know.

Unable to fully evaluate since your photos are overmagnified beyond the 800x800 pixels the board recommends. Please use a size of 800x800 or so because that tends to make a sharper image, and works with more equipment which allows more members to participate.
