I'd say AU. I think I can see some light circulation wear on the high points.

the glare from lighting on the obv may be hiding signs of light circulation. if this coin was circulated it was pulled in quick order. its also difficult to assess the obv luster. would like to see a better obv photo without overhead light. there does appear to be some light marks on the cheek and neck that would be nice to see in more subdued lighting

without better photos AU58 or MS63. I'm leaning MS63

Would love to see the coin in-hand. With the photos posted, I'd say AU58+.

The obverse has a nice rim...the devices look clean of hits...the tiara also has no hits...Liberty herself looks clean of hits (better pics may prove otherwise?)...at K9 seems to be some open field scratches/hits above and to the left of IN near the rim(don't think this details her...but better pic would help)...can't make out the luster, but based on the reverse luster guessing it's there just a lighting issue.
Reverse has nice rim...a bit of chatter on some of the devices (rays and D in UNITED)...and one tiny hit on the Eagle. Good luster.
MS-63 was my first thought.
Nice coin!
