I actually have a very similar quarter. 1999 Connecticut with no ridged edge. Slightly smaller in diameter to any other quarter I've compared against. Also it only weighs 5.2g and is extremely worn for its age. It also has a cheap metal stink. I think they're el-fake-o's...
