Looking at my old K&M, the closest resemblance (based on the spacing between the words TEN CASH) is to Y# 303.1, but that is listed as a copper coin. In fact it appears that all crossed-flags "ten cash" types should be either copper or brass, never a ferromagnetic composition. So until a specialized collector can weigh in, I'd be very suspicious of its genuineness.
