Good evening CCF. I have another 1946 S that I just can't decide which DDR to attribute it to. I've gone back and fourth several times. I think it's a DDR-005 or DDR-007. If so, the submitter was Sir Richard S. Cooper. Then again, it fits DDR-013. Note the first dot spread.. Also look at the MM which appears to be a possible RPM with a trumpet S. Sorry for all the photos..My old eyes have given out. Thanks for your help..

Well, it is not a DDR-006 - that one does not have any spread on the dot. and the doubling is on the left wheat stalk, not the right.
Same with the dot on the 005 (no spread)
I'm not entirely sure it is a DDR. maybe slight MD and some circulation flattening. (but I'll keep trying to see if there is a match somewhere.)

Might be a minor DDR.

Thanks for your input. I will do some more "looking" tomorrow. Hope my photos are better. Been using a home made anti glare setup.

your photos are great - just try to get closeup images that match the attribution you are matching to so we get a better comparison when we look it up ourselves.

jfeed,
Your pics are fine. I suggest you take photos the exact same way they are presented of whatever reference site you use and post a link to the reference so we can compare apples to apples.

I'm not seeing a DDR. Looks like as Dearborn said the dot has taken a hit and smeared it at 10:00. DDRs on the dots spread them in the direction of the rim.

Definitely looks like there's some minor Class II doubling on the upper left wheat ear.

Though it doesn't match any of the ones listed online anywhere and I don't have access to the missing Wexler listings currently to check those.

Thank you all.. Vista does show the wheat stalk and other wheat doubling. I should have written it down. Anyway, I really do appreciate the help and opinions. Back to my big box of cents. :)

I keep looking at this 46 s cent and I still think it has a chance of being a DDR. I'm not good at all the hyperlink and photo posting things, but I would like to share the photos directly from the Vista site for DDR-001 and then post the exact same markers from my coin. I'm not questioning anybody, just trying to understand what I'm looking at. Thanks..
