I found a 1980-D with missing letters. Were these polished off?

Thanks

Oh. I have always had a hard time distinguishing a grease-stamped coin. Thanks for the info

Thanks for the info. Is it worth keeping or just throw it back to go to the bank?

Thanks

Would like to see a close up of the date and mint mark together, if possible. If not, you might check for a potential RPM. Thanks, Doug.
