I found this 1989 D Washington quarter while coinroll hunting. Could this be a mule? I have micro close ups if anyone is interested.

A mule is a coin struck from mismatched dies, such as a Washington quarter obverse and a Susan B. Anthony dollar reverse. What two different dies are you seeing?
