Oh and many great answers and Sap nailed it I think :) explained everything including the part of it being harder on the cleanup aka the finishing touches, hence you will have to help the evaporating process by gently blotting the coin.
Ps the smudge under Liberty still exists and I created it :( for when I saw the face I thought fake and tried to get it to cut its own way out the flip and failed and a smudge remained for the edges are not sharp whatsoever @28.48mm-28.55mm not perfectly round, in the 1900's our machines got better and cut almost perfect circles.
Thanks again all

Oh I should follow up on Adam's notes,

For upon creation of the SP Flowing Hair Wreath cent the dies immediately began to break and the edges were crumbling due to copper hardening which Adam found no solution for until 1794.

So 1795 the planchettes are ready for use but still weighed 10 grams and the edge didn't line up for the edge lettering,, that's why I'm leaning towards my planchette is one of these.

1795 Plain Edge large cent.

Just my opinion and thanks again all for I don't know everything and I'm constantly learning :) also to me there is no bad answers I respect all the same

Honestly Slick I wouldn't waste so much time on wacky theories about composition etc. The coin is obviously counterfeit. Spend $20 and send it to ANACS if you disagree.
