Yokozuna Pillar of the Community United States 4618 Posts	Posted 09/02/2023 9:41 pm to the CCF! Sanded or it could be a Dryer Coin (this one did a lot more scraping and not as much thumping.) It was most likely normal when it left the mint. The damage has removed part of the copper plating and a bit of the zinc core. If you weigh it, I'm sure it will come up under weight.
