1979 Cent, Chin And Jewel Die Clash

1979 Canadian One cent. I think this is a die clash of the Queen's chin and a jewel from her crown. To make it line up, the obverse had to be rotated slightly and moved to the right (photo 3). The Obverse is also a misaligned die.
It might also be a double die clash as it looks like the Queen's neck on the left branch (photo 1).
