To my untrained eye, just a guess.... I'll throw out XF-40.

I'm seeing the obverse at XF-45 and the reverse at VF-35 with a net grade of XF-40

Excellent strike -- that head is uncommonly nice. Surfaces could be questioned, but TPGs are usually easy on dollars. Easily XF 40.

i think its just short of XF. I'm at VF35. still a good price and if she would come back at XF straight it would be great buy

I would also say VF-35, but 40 would not surprise me. I think the reverse holds this one back.

Surprised the scratches on the back didn't get more attention, but the rest of the coin is really, really great looking, great surfaces and original circulated toning.

Old cleaning, obverse hairlines more noticeable in your images. I'd call the old cleaning market acceptable. I think a TPG would details it for the reverse scratches. VF35 sharpness. Nice example
