It's a bit tricky to find exact mintage for specific die but according to Fedorin's catalogue as well as Adrianov "half dot" or die type 2 is quite common for roubles minted in 1921, maybe just a bit less common than die#1 - full dot. Catalogue value for half dot is like 20% more. For the year 1922 half dot with ΑΓ rim lettering is quite rare so adds significant premium.
Though half dot variation is well known among collectors I would rather hunt for dye#3 (Fedorin#3) - full dot but comma between "STRAN" and "SOEDINIAYTES" has round shape and positioned right at the middle - see pictures.
