Hi everbody. I have bought this coin on European coins auction. The lot was named as 4 kopeks 1762. The coin looks very credible but its obverse is different from the catalog - under the horse is a ribbon with the denomination (I think "2 kopeks" as later restrike). Is it ok? Thank you for your opinions and ideas.

It is 4 kopek overstruck over older 2 kopek. Hence you can see the text 2 kopek under the horse.

Pretty neat!

Would be curious to know also size and weight. Seeing the rim might be also helpful.
Both sides looks legit to me - as gxseries already explained it's probably a restrike on 2 kopeks of Elisabeth cause originally on 4 kopecks of Peter the III high relief depicting the land under the dragon would be visible. Also on later restrike dated 1763 obverse would be fixed as well replacing denomination and "drums" with monogram of the empress Catherine II and new date.
