Could some one please tell me what type of coin error this is, possible weak strike or struck thru oil. Is it rare at all? I have never seen one like it.

It doesn't appear to me that the coin has been subjected to a corrosive substance as the reeding around the edge is still quite visible and I can't see any obvious signs of abrasion.
Because of this, and given that the weakness is so uniform on both sides, my guess would be that it's the result of a weak strike.

Hi guys, the weight of my coin is 10.81g.
The RAM "Royal Australian mint" website says 11.3g. My coin is under weight by 0.49g.

I would assume a coin looking like this has been sandblasted.
