A friend of mine pointed this one out as a cherry pick, and I was happy to grab it. Seller's pics didn't make it look like a sharp coin, and that turned out to be true.
So, I understand that this is a fairly rare variety. Very few have been graded in any MS grade. And here is a coin that apparently was a nice MS example, close to full bands, with toning, where the owner sadly decided that the toning had to go. So it has been cleaned, dropping an otherwise couple hundred dollar coin down to a whatever you can get for it coin. So don't, just don't, clean coins.
