1968 Lincoln Penny No Mint Mark, Rim Error, Letter Blur - Need Opinions!

Jackwagon New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 09/09/2023 10:31 pm I've been going through my pocket change more carefully in the past couple of months and a few days ago, I ran across this penny. Seems to be in good condition for the year and does have a rim error, no mint mark and the "B" in "Liberty" is blurred. I've done all the online research that I can online and nowhere have I found a similar penny with the letter blur. My question is: is that a significant error and would this penny be worth sending in to PCGS for grading purposes? Please let me know your thoughts or opinions on this - thank you! You have a normal, Philadelphia minted 1968 Lincoln Cent with damage, on the B and E of Liberty, as well as a Master Hub issue.
