Hi all, I have Narrowed this one down to N-3, 12, 13 or 18 . I am hopeful it is an 18 --the obverse seems to match (weird thinness/ thickness in the dentils below the date) and the reverse is rotated about 35 degrees like every example of n-18 I can seem to find. But I can't find any die markers that confirm. Any help would be appreciated.

Congratulations that is N-18. The die cracks seen on the obv die used for N-3,4,10, and 18 are present. They are weak on the right side, it shows best between stars 12 and 11, from the point of 12 to the space between point on 11, The crack shows better on the left side from the point of the 1 to point 5 on star 1 (point closest ti rim is point 1 then counted going clockwise) then from point 3 to between points 5 & 6 on star 2, then from point 2 to the rim by point 1 of star 3. That nails down the obv die. Now we look at the rev. If we look at the leaf point below the F it is Far Past R (FPR), basically it is past the right edge of the letter. For the four varieties we are checking that is only seen on N-3 and N-18. On N-3 the Point of Leaf below A3 (last A in AMERICA) is below the right edge of the letter. That clearly isn't true on your coin. On N-18 it is near the center of the A, that matches. If we want to be sure to eliminate N-4 and N-10, on N-4 the Point of leaf below F is below the left edge of the upright. Nope. On N-10 the Point of leaf below T3 (second T in STATES) is below the right foot of the T, on yours it nearly reaches the E.

So the obv is definitely 3,4,10 or 18 and we can definitely eliminate 3, 4 and 10. The rarity has come down on this variety, Noyes listed it as an R-6-, but in the Dan Homes Sale it was listed as an R-4+
