If your talking about the indent that's from a die clash,if your referring to the lines those are from a mint employee trying to remove the die clash. John1
When they work harder at trying to remove the die clash, the deeper they go into the die devices it self. Note the ways the columns are distorted. Over polishing really did a number on this die. Despite that, they still didn't remove the jaw line.
