Pretty sure this is a large date with Machine Doubling. The doubling is flat. Correct?

yep, the MD obscures the curl of the 9 a bit, but the rest says LD to me.

The 1968-70 Cents had the Machine Doubling real bad those years. A bad era in Cent minting for that eye grabing doubling that so many have wasted their money buying them.
