2005 20c Coin Find With Obvious Error That I Can't Find Any Info On, Need Advice, Cheers

Check out the tutorials on posting pictures, as there's not a lot of useful advice that can be given without actually seeing nice clear pics of the obverse and reverse of the coin in question.
