Cointree Valued Member United States 449 Posts	Posted 09/22/2023 11:18 am I agree it looks like there was tape on it and possibly still some residue (the yellowish stuff) from the tape. You can try soaking in acetone to see if it comes off. Silver value of it at 90% silver is around $8. Report this Post to the Staff
