Hello all, I am curious to learn about the anomalies on this 1984 P LMC. On the reverse of the coin I'm seeing raised features on some of the lettering on ONE CENT, almost like a fancy font. Also, there are ball-like rounded features on the right side of the memorial. Thanks for any knowledge, I haven't come across these before.
This is a zincoln with copper plating. It is common for plating bubbles like this to occur under the copper where it meets the zinc core. A lot of the times you can push those down with a toothpick.
