Can someone explain what is with the letters on this cent. Many of them are concave with a canal like look to them. The bottom leg of the E on WE has a perpendicular shelf on it. Weird. Hope the pictures show these things.

On GOD you can see Machine Doubling on the lower letters. Some letters look like the ST when they are partially filled with grease, from a weak strike or die polishing thinning the depth of the die making it closer to the fields. But its nothing collectable. But like me, you what to know so you can move on to the next thing you find.
