obv f15, rev vg10, net f12. I don't think the rev scratches are enough to details the coin.

Those cuts are a pass in lower grades. F12 I think, straight.

i have the obv at F12 rev VG10. could go either way. if its that close I typically lean towards the obv grade.

i'd try an acetone bath on her to see if she cleans up a little

I'd leave it original as is. VG10.

Acetone might reveal additional "bad" areas under the heaviest of the black gunk, but you could gently work at it with a rose thorn or soaked toothpick to if it will loosen up.
