Another one of those mid-grade, common-date SLQs. The obverse isn't remarkable, with those issues one the face, but I really like the reverse.

What say you?:

looks like it might squeak by at XF45. to me it looks like an old cleaning but acceptable

i think it was boarder line 45 and if it was showing any luster at all it probably would have pushed

It looks like a strong 45. Maybe it was net graded because of all the small oxidation spots in the obverse.
