It is brass-plated steel loon with security mark. 2012 was the first year that this type of coin was introduced into circulation.
It is a very common coin. Mintage 107,105,000. Only MS65 are worth more than the face value.

What are you seeing that makes you think it's double struck?
Looks like a normal loonie to me.

I have a loonie here... yes a loonie lol, it is a 2012and I believe its double struck... and has two tones throughout... pleasezzz help me understand its value thanks! Its an odd coin...

So...

Yes, it is a loonie. Yes, it's dated 2012.

No, it doesn't appear to be double-struck. I'm not seeing any doubling on any of the coin's design elements, and your pictures are plenty good enough that we'd see it if it was there.

The "two tones" are just environmental staining - it to have been sitting in some kind of liquid that's caused it to look like that. I don't know for sure what would happen if you spilled coffee on a loonie and just let it dry there for a couple of months and then tried to clean it up a bit so you could spend it, but I suspect it might look something like this.

I don;t see anything that would make it worth anything more than face value, sorry. Not every "odd looking coin" is valuable; some odd-looking coins are just damaged coins.

I agree, just environmental damage. PMD.
