Question On The 3RD Printing Of Modern Notes

It's my understanding that on 32-subject sheets, which this note is from, all of the overprint is accomplished with a singular print head. I was told that the new LEPE presses, that print both 32 and 50-subject sheets, have larger, computer controlled serial number print heads that are too large to print both serial numbers at one time, so they're staggered as they supply the left and right serial numbers. If someone knows different, I'd definitely like to know. Report this Post to the Staff
