Will need much clearer/in-focus close-ups of the date area. Have you checked the "sites" for any known DDO for this particular coin?
That's always your best place to start.

Die Deterioration doubling, I believe. Emergent die chip on the 9 as well.

Just to be clear,it is called a doubled die not a double die.
Did you check all three sites for an attribution number?
Looks like MD to me.

I did look through copper coin and did see some of the same things. The b on this coin is also filled in witch is alao on copper coins for the date that's where it's confusing beings I'm so new to this thank you and I'll keep looking
