Arael Pillar of the Community United States 567 Posts	Posted 10/14/2023 4:42 pm Hi everyone, long time no see, I used to be active on these forums but haven't been around in a few years. Still sporadically collected coins and am now back into ancients with gusto. One of my most recent purchases was a bulk lot of 55 unattributed coins from David Connors on Vcoins. I am slowly going through trying to attribute what I can and am starting with this one. I am pretty sure it is from Pergamon, Mysia based on what I am seeing on wildwinds, but I cannot find an exact match for this coin! Any help or insight would be much appreciated, happy to be back with you all. Report this Post to the Staff

You didn't give a size or weight, but near the bottom of this page: http://goccf.com/t/363454&whichpage=2 there is a similar coin I have in my collection. Hope it helps. Report this Post to the Staff

Coin is 16mm and 3.22 g I agree it is head of Athena I'm seeing a lot of serpent reverses was perhaps looking for too close of a match. Very new to attributing. Report this Post to the Staff
