Still looks attached to me. Besides, it is not an error or a variety and has no real premium, IMHO.

Hmm, I say there... It seems you would be referring to a 1969 Denver Mint penny with a die occurrence of overpolishing in the mid northern quadrant... I can't quite tell, pictures are so dark they are like staring into the sun.
