Got a set of uncirculated ATB Quarters for my bd and I found this in the set. Would this be an improperly annealed quarter? A few pictures have another quarter beside for comparison and some of the reading, which looks nice and shiny to me. For the comparison pics, I kept the quarter in question to the right/top.

It's normal. It's not Improperly Annealed. Also, you shouldn't hold coins with your bare fingers. That's a big no no. Wear gloves or handle them only by the edge. Fingerprints never go away, once it happens. Unless if they're fresh and get soaked in Acetone right away. So for future references, don't do that, as it reduces the value of your coin and leaves fingerprints behind.

Could be a minor annealing issue not worth grading. I like the look of it though.

Thanks all! Just because of shipping and whatnot, I looked through the coins without gloves but then did a quick acetone dip before putting them into the book they came with!
