@orig, I think that we are a better resource for identifying coins compared with providing estimates of value. You could look at prices sold for vcoins to get an idea of what folks in the USA are charging or ma-shops for European shops.

Not my area of expertise really !
With ancient coins of this type it is important to find the right buyer
You don't give weight or diameter but I believe it to be AE 'chalkous'
Some specialized collectors buy by year
The Cornucopia reverse is a common type
But this one looks to say (L) regnal year (A)lpha
Year 1 or AD 118
The right buyer might pay more
But you have to find them which might take a lifetime !!
If I say $10-20 I think I am reasonable
