This DDR isn't as dramatic as some of the other line-in-door nickels, but it is nonetheless a listed Wexler variety. Due to the smaller feature size of the 2016-P 5c WDDR-010, I took images from two different angles.

I will try to match the die markers later, but this coin is relatively beaten up.

Good find!
Funny how the doubling can be
either on the left or on the right of the door.

Nice finds on these nickels. I have a bunch of recent year 5 Cent to go thru now! Things I would of missed the first time.

It's a very minor DDR, but in order to study these types of doubles, I need to look at all different strengths and positions.

Tunnioc, I guess it's just a coin flip whether the die starts the hubbing misaligned right or left. But that's one of the things I plan to count. My impression is that there are more left vs. right, but that might just be a misperception. There are a few that are centered without touching the sides, and of course, the ones in the triangle and semicircular window.

I am not sure how to interpret the markers on this particular coin. The lines-in-doors are like snowflakes, and there are many dies that look similar.

The M looks like a match, the die gouge below the U in Pluribus looks good. But I cannot find the die gouge by the U in United. Normally, I would interpret that as an earlier die state. However, I find it hard to believe that the analyst wouldn't have mentioned the rim crack and early hornets nest forming on Monticello.

Is it possible that wear has erased, or oxidation has covered, the die gouges near the U? The face of the coin has suffered enough wear that I couldn't find the little die chip near the eyebrow.

Another possibility is that this is a weaker strike. I noticed the rim wasn't perfectly formed, which can be a sign that the strike pressure wasn't optimal.
