I'm in for "Glue and road rash"

Generally, please post a full frame straight on shot in addition to any details images.

Post-strike damage, yes. Without full, large and sharp pics of the obverse and reverse, intense heat may have contributed--can't be sure..

Soak that in acetone and all the glue and staining will likely go away.

Ok, I hope these photos are better, I still think it is an error?
Would soaking in alcohol damage coin? Let me know and for how long you soak?

Don't soak in Alcohol, instead use pure acetone that you get from the hardware store - THAT will not damage a coin.
But for your coin - what error are you seeing? I just see a normal dirty coin.

Please don't start new topics on the same coin. I'm going to merge this.

Why are your pics all distorted? Every picture you've uploaded is distorted.

Just staining from environmental damage and glue. PMD. No errors.

If acetone doesn't work it may be an epoxy on the coin.
