The "rude dudes" in question are Hercules (or, since it's Greek, I guess that would be "Herakles"). You can tell it's supposed to be Herakles because of the club he's leaning on, and by the Nemean Lion skin artfully draped around the censurable region - both of which are symbols of Herakles, found on ancient Greek coins.
If you look at ancient Greek coins (and surviving statues), he wasn't as modest back then as he is on this coin. Herakles was always depicted completely starkers, no privacy required or requested.
The only mystery about the modern Greek coin to me, is why there are two Herakleses... Heraclii? Herculusses? There was never more than one of him in ancient times, so I don't think the question of the plural form ever came up. But I don't know why the Greek monarchy cloned Herakles, and didn't simply choose Herakles and someone / something else to be the supporters of the arms.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
