Yes, the reverse of the coin, I appreciate that the lines coincide with the circumference and also pass under the letters, not above, very grateful for the opinions

@aam, a nice close up pic of LIBERTY would help, but based on the overall, I'm seeing step-like doubling that serves to reduce the width of the letters. That would be Machine Doubling.

The circle around the bottom of the reverse is from a coin roll crimper. You have to remember the letters on the reverse are incused so the circle would go over the top of the letters without going through them. The marks on her cheek are Reed Marks.
