Not sure if the marks on his cheek is from just being in circulation,or if this an error, and if so ,not even sure what to call it,seems to be a lot of cuts or scratches from his chin down to the neck, any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.

Reed Marks aren't errors. It's damage ( PMD). Click on the blue highlighted link in my comment, for more information.

Emmaloue,
Please tell us what your coin photo taking set up is. Make and model of camera, lighting set up. Your photos are barely useable, too blurry. We would like to help you post better quality photos so we can help you better.

Right now I'm just using the pixel mobile app ,take the pictures from my phone, ian waiting for my new microscope to come in,but at the moment, that's all I have .I try to get as close as possible, that's another reason I'm having such a hard time seeing these errors, don't see a lot of these little details, very frustrating,I started doing this last month to help with my anxiety and depression, and it's been a blessing, almost gave up until I found you guys,so I'm really wanting to learn and progress, any suggestions would be so appreciated.thank you

Are you saying you use your phone to examine the coin? You need to use a Jewlers loupe,10x or 12x something like this:https://www.ebay.com/itm/380933684594
Here are links on using a phone:http://goccf.com/t/422658

When you get your scope, make sure to use a memory card in it and do not just take photos of the scopes' screen with your phone and post those photos.
