NC Newbie Needs Help With 1985 D Roosevelt Dime Possible Error

I have been interested in collecting coin errors for years, but don't have many so far. I have little knowledge on the subject, but hope to learn a lot here. I have this dime I found in my change, it looks like possible mint errors, but I have no idea. What do you think? Report this Post to the Staff
