i was going to go with XF40 but then I saw the photos are TV. typically i'll drop it grade for those but i'll stick with XF40 on this one

That's an XF coin all day long to me, surprised PCGS dinged it, but I had the same thing happen on an 1855-O that everyone pegged at VF35 and PCGS put it at VF20.

That one is a good candidate for a resubmit. Maybe cross over to NGC. It's a solid EF coin.

I would've said XF-40. I agree that it might be worth it to re-submit the coin. I've noticed that grading on Seated Liberty halves can be a bit all over the place.

PCGS missed another one.

newbies - this is another example of a top tier grading company getting a coin wrong and not only that several grades wrong. buy the coin not the holder. there is a possibility that they netted this due to the hits by the foot rather than details it but even then its still undegraded
