When I discovered this die the thing that really caught my attention was the doubling under the upper curve of the 9. The other bits, on the 1, first 4, and both T's of TRUST are there but fairly hard to see. But looking at the most excellent pics provided here I see no doubling at all, let alone DDO-016.

I'm not seeing the doubling inside the 9 either, and it should be very evident in your photo.
