2023 Lincoln Shield Cent / LSC - Some Sort Of Die Break Or Something Near The Rim

On the obverse rim, just above the "O" in God, there is a die break, or Cud extending down from the rim that has distorted the "O" somewhat. I've seen this before, but I have never been able to find any information on it. I'm sure the info is out there somewhere, but I've yet to find it. Please, is this a tiny Cud, or what? I'm thinking, as you said, a die dent, or possibly a small die gouge. Whatever it is it seems to have made an impact on the strike causing the deformation of the "O". It will be a keeper for me.
