Looks like the 8 over 7 variety. I see it as VF. Has the broken wing marker but hard to tell if it has the remnants of the 7 and the die chip above the 85 from these pics.

VF20. Nice circulated Eagle, looks original. I'm not super familiar with varieties on these, though.

I'll say VF-20 as well, nice example. Definitely the overdate.

Yeah, PCGS lists two varieties of this overdate, a strong and weak versions. This appears to be the strong version with the 7 fairly prominent. Just difficult to see the die chip marker above the 85. In VF-20 it's about a $500 coin.
