Just a bit of help came across this Edith Kanaka'ole quarter.
It I believe has some die chips by the A in America and by Washington's mouth and by her left eye some layering issue.not sure. I tried to get a full picture of the back but to many pixels.

I do see chips on all those areas plus one on nose of Washington, I can not see near eye issue enough to comment on.

To CCF! I see a Die Chip and a hit, on the obverse. I also see stains, on the reverse.
