Being the San Francisco Mint coins are KNOWN for Strong Details and Brilliancy in their struck coins, which This Morgan silver dollar is an 1883-S.

I disagree with Coinfrog, The Distractions shown in the OP's images are Strong, The Wear indications are Strong enough, IMO, that This coins Finish is NOT natural, This coin exhibits Wear placing the Coin Below About UNC.... The Gouges, Scratches, Scrapes on Anna's Face Alone, Wear indicated Too Places this coin in EF Condition...

The wear I see on this coin is NOT bag marks, Those Marks were Made in Circulation........... Morgan's Dad...

Easily AU coin all day long.

I'm willing to wager serious money and send this off to a TPG.

the coin has been circulated, which you probably know. the coin exhibits AU qualities. maybe AU55. the hit on the chin and Reeding Marks on the cheek are pretty apparent and in a key area. there are also hits on the cap. on top of this, the coin may have been dipped as a mid AU coin should still have luster and the photos are not showing any

there is two things that could happen if this was sent in.

1. a TPG could net grade the coin to XF and place it in a straight holder

2. a TPG could grade the coin AU details ( PMD)

when they see displaced metal which I see here on the chin there is pretty good chance that it would be option 2
