Uruguay 1869 4c--Great DDO!

When this coin first got my attention, I thought it was a repunched date due to the nice spread on 1869.
However, when I noticed similar doubling in the legends, I concluded this was a DDO--with the date hubbed with the rest of the devices.
That's pretty interesting for 1869, because most dates were punched separately.

Also--check out those marks extending from the third detail pic (arrows).
