Thx HP. Can you fit a dollar on-screen or did you buy an extension with yours?

By the time stamp It looks like I was adding/editing the answer to your question to my last post while you were asking it. That extension is a must for a dollar even in the raw IMO. In the raw it will fit in frame, but 0 room to play with. I prefer having room to play with so you can get the whole coin in focus.

Graded coin I'm feeling better about the lighting. I guess there will always be some sharpness lost when taking a photo through plastic, vs a raw coin.

Images look fantastic. Really have no complaints with my current 24MP other than image granularity when zooming in. I feel like I have my lighting dialed in so swapping scopes should only require minor adjustments.

Got it, starting to play. Shocked that it does not have digital zoom for that kinda money. Images are crisp tho.

I can use the zoom feature on mine with the left & right arrow button on the remote, but only while using it without being wired to my computer. I have only tried hooking mine up to the computer using the USB, I was wondering if I could use the zoom feature with using the HDMI connection. I may give that a try.

Thanks, must have missed that in the manual. Finicky little bugger but I'm getting it dialed in.

I changed out my webcam/camera. I went from 1080p to 2k. I like this camera for full holder photos, luster photos, some close-ups. I just snapped these, I can probably do better with the focus in a day or two.

I changed my background and brought in more light. I think the total dark background helps with photo sharpness. Also, I used the manual focus. Full holder shots.

Overall happy with this scope as well. It is super finicky with lighting and does not have enough configuration flexibility. I also hate the fact that you cannot toggle the capture screen into a 1x1 or 4x3 image, it just defaults to a 16x9. So much wasted space captured with pics.
