Good evening!! I just found this dollar bill hunting tonight, I'm not sure if this is ink contamination error. Thank you for the help!!

Very cool. Ink or Ink Well Contamination Error.

It's printed on the newer LEPE presses. My understanding is the computer controlled serial number print heads are so large, the printings are staggered and they use individual ink wells for each head. I've been seeing more and more of these recently.
