Looks like a normal $20 bill to me, but admittedly.... when it comes to Notes, I'm not very educated. What makes this one interesting?

Unless it's a collector sheet, that's sold through the website, a regular block note will never be a sheet run note. Sheet run notes are always replacement notes and reserved for when the BEP discovers a damaged sheet, or remove a regular-run sheet for inspection.
